Mazkur maqola Karl Popper ta'lim kontseptsiyasining an'anaviy ta'limiy amaliyotlarga bo‘lgan ta'sirini tadqiq etishga bag‘ishlangan. Muallif ushbu kontseptsiyaning asosiy tamoyillarini tahlili asosida zamonaviy ta'limga bo‘lgan talablar kontekstida ta'limning an'anaviy usullarining afzalliklari va kamchiliklarini ko‘rib chiqgan. Shu bilan birga, muallif an'anaviy ta'lim usullarini Popper tamoyillari asosida transformatsiyasining aniq yo‘llarini o‘rgangan. Bunga misol tariqasida tadqiqot loyihalar usullari, loyiha usuli va keys-stadi usullarini keltirib, ularni qiyosiy tahlili amalga oshirilgan. Muallif Karl Popper g‘oyalari asosida ta'limga yangi yondashuvlarni tadbiq etish va o‘quv jarayonini tashkil etishga oid amaliy tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqgan.
